        Changes: Add IANA code 49622(0x00C1D6) to Get Device ID and Get Channel Authentication Capabilities command.
     Verify By : BMC QT
 Test Proposal : 1. Verify Manufacturer ID of response data of "Get Device ID" command is 0x00C1D6.
                 2. Verify OEM ID of response data of "Get Channel Authentication Capabilities" command is 0x00C1D6.

03. [Fix]

       Symptom : After update Java to 8u131, Java console and Java SOL cannot work.
    Root cause : Java 8u131 will no longer trust MD5-signed code. 
      Solution : Update Java key algorithm to SHA256withRSA.
     Verify By : QT
 Test Proposal : Verify Java console and Java SOL can be running Java version 8.

04. [FIX] 
     Report By : BMC Leader Jeff
       Symptom : IE browser need to retry download jnlp file.
    Root cause : The jnlp download size is not content size which will result mac+safari hang and IE retry again on jnlp download.
      Solution : Update buffer size from 2048 to 0.
     Verify By : QT
  Test Proposal: 1. IE browser don't display retry meassge.

05. [FIX] 
     Report By : Jeff BMC Leader 
       Symptom : WebUI display bmc version issue..
    Root cause : Our BMC version string format should be: Major.Minor.Aux All of them are decimal, displayed as x.xx.xx, example: 1.03.04.i.e. with leading zero for Minor and Aux. but not for Major.
      Solution : Modify WebUI code.
     Verify By : QT
 Test Proposal : Verify BMC version format is x.xx.xx(Major.Minor.Aux) in web dashboard.

06. [Change]
     Report By : Jeff BMC Leader 
       Changes : Change the delay of BAT sensor reading.   
     Verify By : QT
 Test Proposal : 1. Stress BMC 24hr by cold reset command.
                 2. Battery sensor should not generate event log.

07. [FIX] 
     Report By : BMC Leader Jeff
       Symptom : BMC hang.
    Root cause : Every BMC send message to Node Manager. Node Manager will timeout and stack a message in message queue. If message queue be filled with messages , BMC will hang.
      Solution : If Node Manager had timeout, clear message queue.
     Verify By : QT
 Test Proposal : 1. BMC can work after send command to NM get temperature data.
