1) Close your internet connection.  
2) Install the application and enter the following License:

License - 3143-1242-9321-210
PN# 734-536

3) Close program.
4) Run "Intuit QuickBooks Activator 0.6 Build 70.exe" in patch folder as admin
5) Patch software by clicking on GO
6) Again..... Block QuickBooks from accessing Internet by blocking program with firewall or unplugging the Internet (now and in the future)
7) Start QuickBooks.
8) If the registration dialog doesn't pop up automatically, click on 'Help', then on 'Register Quickbooks'
9) Click 'Begin Registration'
10) After trying without success to access the Internet, you will get the 'Phone Activation' dialog wanting you to enter a 'Validation Code'
11) Type in '99999930' (without quotes), then click 'Next'
12) QuickBooks will thank you for registering! Click 'Finish'
13) Block its inet connection with firewall
14) Enjoy
